~ For Lenders ~

Our company serves a wide variety of financial institutions and professionals, including banks, credit unions, mortgage brokers and private lenders in connection with all aspects of mortgage loan transactions.

REO Representation - For lenders holding REO assets or portfolios, we offer full post-foreclosure representation. In today's challenging economic climate, we work with you to achieve a cost-effective sale of the asset as quickly as possible. We are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the complex requirements of Massachusetts real estate law. We coordinate with real estate agents and servicers as well as negotiate and communicate with buyers' attorneys to ensure that your interests are protected.

Title Examinations and Closings - We represent a number of national and local lenders, including banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, and private lenders. We promptly and efficiently coordinate all aspects of the closing process by using a network of title examiners, paralegals and attorneys to ensure that the loan closes. In cases where title issues exist, our extensive legal knowledge and relationships with the largest title insurance underwriters in Massachusetts frequently result in solutions that allow the closing to go forward.

~ For Sellers ~

Short Sales - We offer complete representation for sellers who are seeking to enter into a Short Sale transaction. Our goal is to minimize the financial and legal damage to the seller's wallet and credit. We negotiate with the lenders or servicers and make sure that sellers understand the benefits and potential risks. We draft and/or review all documents in connection with Short Sales.

Traditional Sales - Whether a property is being sold by an owner or a family member as a result of an inheritance, we work with sellers from the earliest stages right through closing. We coordinate with brokers, agents, buyers' attorneys, and closing attorneys, and we draft the necessary documents such as Purchase & Sale Agreements, Powers of Attorney, and deeds. We can attend closings either with sellers or on behalf of sellers.

~ For Buyers ~

For most people, buying a house or other real estate is the biggest or most important transaction they will ever make. It is critically important for buyers to have experienced, diligent representatives throughout the process. From negotiating the initial Offer to Purchase and the Purchase & Sale Agreement, examining title to the property, and coordinating with the sellers' attorneys, brokers and closing attorneys, we work to ensure that buyers understand the process and are fully protected.
